Using the site
You are welcome to read, share and link to anything here. Please ask before copying our words, pictures, designs or code for your own commercial use, and do nothing that harms the site or the people using it.
Our work and other names
The site, its design and our mark belong to Aerial Empire Ltd. Client names and logos belong to their owners and appear only to show work we have done with them.
Projects
The site describes what we do. It is not advice and not an offer: every project starts with a proposal and an agreement we both sign, and where those differ from these terms, the signed agreement applies.
Our apps
We build apps for our own use and for clients, including apps that connect to services such as QuickBooks Online. They are not offered to the public, and a client’s use is covered by its agreement with us.
Whoever connects a service to one of our apps can disconnect it at any time from that service’s settings, and that service’s own terms still apply.
Other sites
Where we link to another site, we do not control it and are not responsible for it.
Our responsibility
We work to keep the site accurate and available, but cannot promise it always will be. We are not liable for any loss of profit, business, opportunity or data, or for any indirect loss, arising from your use of the site.
Nothing in these terms limits liability the law does not allow us to limit, such as for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
Your information
How we handle information about you is set out in our privacy notice.
Changes and law
We may update these terms, and the date at the top shows when we last did. They are governed by the law of England and Wales, whose courts deal with any dispute.
